Best time to visit Udaipur
1. King's classic & vintage car museum
Udaipur Kings took cars very seriously One of these cars was even used in Bond movies! This collection is still in the ownership of Maharaja. It can be viewed at Udaipur's Vintage car museum with Udaipur Taxi Service.
2. Karni Mata temple
You will not find a better sunrise or night view of the city than from Karni Mata temple. It is also famous for its approximately. The temple is home to approximately 25,000 black rats. You can either walk or take the ropeway to the temple from Deendayal Upadhyay Mar. It will take approximately 20 minutes and is a much better alternative to the ropeway.
3. Enjoy a morning stroll around Gangaur Ghat, Udaipur
Early morning walks are the best way to feel the real vibes of a place. There will be no traffic, no vendors, and people going to the temple for their morning prayers. It sounds so much more peaceful than bustling noon markets. You will see hundreds upon hundreds of pigeons being fed at Gangaur Ghat in the early morning. You can sit by the lake to soak up the morning energy. These moments of silence and solitude are what I enjoy.
4. Bagore ki Haveli is a great place to enjoy the traditional folk dance
Amarchand Badwa built this Haveli, one of the Prime Ministers in Mewar Dynasty. It has its own charm. You will be transported back to an earlier era. It is not the same as the City Palace, which was built for the Prime Minister. You will find a great collection of puppets in it! Bagore Ki Haveli is also a good place to go for a Rajasthani folk dance performance. It opens at 7:15 PM.
5. Trek to Badi Lake
A famous trekking spot in Udaipur was discovered recently by a wandering soul (God bless him/her). Badi Lake, located 10 kilometers from Fatehsagar Lake, is less crowded than other lakes. It is worth the uphill silence and stunning sunset from the peak of Bahubali. It's not difficult. You will need a water bottle, normal shoes, and some snacks.
